We turn companies into systems: ones the owner can see through, the managers can run, and that keep working when the owner is not in the building.

Who we work for

The owner whose company has outgrown the size one person can still hold in his head. The business works and the numbers are fine, but most of how it runs still lives in the owner's head and in a handful of scattered tools.

When we sit down with a leader like that, almost always the same three sentences come up.

I want to see in one place what is currently scattered across time and locations.

I want a system I do not have to carry myself, one my managers carry.

I want to be able to hand it over one day, to a successor or to a hired managing director.

Those three wishes come down to three things in our work: you can see your company, your managers run it, and you can hand it on.

How we work

In seven steps. We spell out all seven because someone who can see what is coming dares to begin. Not every client goes the whole way, and that is fine: some carry on alone after the diagnosis.

  1. 1

    Understanding the need

We work out what state you want to reach, where you stand today, and what has stopped you from getting there so far.

  2. 2

    Diagnosis

We do not talk around it, we measure it. We interview you and your colleagues, watch the company at work, and write down how big the gap is.

  3. 3

    Design

We draw up the blueprint of how the business should run, with the roles of people and machines mapped together. It is done the way an architect works: with you, over several rounds.

  4. 4

    Implementation plan

This is drawn up by whoever leads the build. We stand on your side and check that the plan is a good one.

  5. 5

    Delivery

If the system can be built from the tools we already work with, we build it. If it needs custom development, we work alongside your developer and represent your interest.

  6. 6

    Change management

We plan the steps that stop your colleagues from merely enduring the change, so that they carry it instead.

  7. 7

    Upkeep

Regular presence and periodic review, so that the order you built still stands six months later.

What makes us different

The boat has two oars.

One is organisational and business models, the other is digital tools. Row with only one and you go in circles. The organisational consultant often does not understand the technology, and the developer rarely understands the organisation. Getting the two into balance is our craft.

We have no stake in selling you software.

We take no commission on any system sold. That leaves us free to tell you that what you already have is enough, and that what is missing is not the tool but the order around it.

Our aim is that it works without us.

We do not build systems that stop when we leave. If the result of our work were that you depend on us, we would have done it badly. We wrote about what that means in practice on a separate page: what to expect from us.

The systems we build

Built around people

The machine gets the drudgery, the person gets what only a person can do. That is what frees the leader to think about the business and the salesperson to think about the customer.

Deliberately designed

Nothing is left to fall into place by itself; what gets built is what we decided on in advance. A way of working that assembles itself by accident has to be started over sooner or later.

No simpler, no more complex

As complex as the job genuinely requires, and not one element more.

Why we do it

We believe everyone deserves a life of dignity and happiness, and that a good part of it comes from work. Not only the owner's work: the manager's and the employee's too.

Digital tools serve that end, they are not the end itself. Nobody grows happier with their job simply because a new system arrived. They grow happier when the monotonous, error-prone part is taken over by the machine, and time is left for the work that needs a human being.

Master Intelligence — intelligence was never artificial. It always belonged to the master.

Who else works here

The core of the TeljesEgy group is small, and that is deliberate. The person working on your project is the person you met at the first conversation, not a junior consultant assigned afterwards.

Specialist partners stand alongside us: leadership trainers, engineers, developers. We do not do everything ourselves, but we are the ones who put the picture together and we are the ones who answer for it. We do not pretend to be bigger than we are.
